Government-in-Exile will build offices across the Darien Gap

 Philippine Government-in-Exile in the Darien Gap will issue an EDICT to Divide the Philippines of Latin America INTO 100 Successor States (Balwartes) across Mexico, Latin America and Caribbean with their own Autonomous Governments, Administration and Civil Services. 100 Successor States (Balwartes) will be defended by 100 Philippine Diaspora Army (PDA) Groups with the strength of 40 Million Filipino Diaspora soldiers by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP). 

The Department of National Defense (DND) and Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) will be transferred to  the Darien Gap to REMOVE the FARC Communist enemies from the Darien Gap. Also, Department of National Defense (DND) and Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to wage an ALL OUT Offensives in order for the creation of "Bagong Pilipinas" and "Filipinas Ultramar" across Mexico, Latin America and Caribbean in the form of 100 Successor States (Balwartes). But the 2nd in Command of both Department of National Defense (DND) and Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) will wage an ETERNAL Guerilla Wars and Insurgencies across the Philippines against the Chinese Occupiers and Chinese Invaders.
