Aliso Village also happens to be the birth place of the 4th Street Flats, Hazard and the L.A. Dukes 13; all considered allies.
The Aliso Village was demolished in 1999 and replaced by the Pueblo del Sol housing project. After that, The Primera Flats expanded and formed a separate gang on 23rd Street in Los Angeles called the "Primera Flats 23rd Street". The "23rd Flats" often meet up at Trinty Park, which sits on 23rd Street and 25th Street, between Trinity Street and Wall Street. Rival gangs include the Street Saints, Ghetto Boyz, Varrio 38th Street, The Mob Crew, the Breed Street gang as well as the East Coast Crips. South Central Primera Flats "Hit Up".

South Central Primera Flats 23
The South Central Primera Flats 23, also known as the "First Flats" or "First Street Flats", are a long standing Mexican American street gang active in South Los Santos, San Andreas. The gang was formed in the late 1940s. Some of the gang’s first shotcallers went on to join the Mexican Mafia in the 1950s, which began a strong partnership that still exists today.
Aliso Village Era
"Primera" is the Spanish word for “First”, which represents their original location in the Aliso Village government housing projects. Aliso Village was built in 1942 and was located on 1st Street and Mission Road in Rancho. Aliso Village also happens to be the birth place of the 4th Street Flats, who were originally partners with the Primera Flats gang. The Primera Flats and 4th Street broke off from each other in 1959, following the homicide of 4th Street’s shotcaller. 4th Street’s shotcaller, Manuel Gonzalez, was allegedly shot dead over winning a game of poker. Gonzalez’s killing began a bitter and bloody rivalry that spanned decades in the same confined area.
The Aliso Village projects had garnered a notorious reputation for gang activity and prostitution by the 1960s. Blight and poverty ran rampant through the housing units. Also during the 1960s, several Primera Flats gangsters were drafted to the U.S. military and served in Vietnam. This included shotcaller and U.S. Marine Cpl Teddy “Knuckles” Ruiz, who was killed on patrol by Viet Cong in 1967. Other gangsters who returned from combat brought tactical training back to the gang.
During the 1980s, the Los Santos government developed a gentrification plan for Aliso Village but later abandoned it. Eventually, the decision to demolish the buildings outright was made in 1992. Aliso Village was demolished in 1999 and got replaced by the Pueblo del Sol housing project in 2001.
Primera Flats and the Ghetto Boyz (GBZ) War
The war started on the night of June 6th, 1982.
Anthony “Midget” Santana, a notorious Ghetto Boys (GBZ) leader, was leaving Walton’s Corner Grocery on 23rd Street. He noticed a black Mazda RX-7 following him down the road. The four-door eventually came to a stop around the corner when Brian “Speedy” Mena, leaned out with a Benelli M1. Santana was held at gunpoint for about five minutes. Both parties kept mouthing each other off until Mena nervously pulled the trigger, shooting Santana in the face.
Word about the killing got back to other GBZ members. Rumors swirled that the car was packed with two gangbangers from the Pee Wees clique. Victor “Whacko” Santana, another well-known Ghetto Boyz leader and Anthony’s younger brother, organized a hit to avenge his brother’s death. Four GBZ members packed up in a red four-door and set out to seek revenge. It all went down when they open fired at an ongoing backyard party on 25th Street, killing around four people and leaving three injured. These consisted of innocent bystanders; women and children alike.
The feud was officially established, as it stemmed further such incidents that'd continue to go on for years. The rivalry was notable for its higher rate of bystander killings, which were indiscriminately carried out by both gangs. These activities drew the unwanted attention of the Los Santos police. Come 1993, several gangsters from both gangs were serving lengthy prison time for numerous killings. The violence produced caused Aliso Village in particular to be even more violent, which accelerated its demolition in 1999.
Expansion Period
Throughout the 1990s, the Primera Flats expanded and formed a separate gang on 23rd Street in Rancho called the "Primera Flats 23rd Street". The "23rd Flats" still often meets up at Trinity Park, which sits on 23rd Street and 25th Street, between Trinity Street and Wall Street.
PF23 considered the Ghetto Boyz a threat to their business in Trinity Park, once mutual tensions started rising. A confrontation occurred between the two gangs on the evening of July 8th, 1998. Three PF23 members mugged a few Ghetto Boyz members on Trinity, leaving them with nothing but empty pockets. As soon as word got back to Javier “Spider” Montoya, a notorious 28th Street Flats leader, he set out to deal with the matter himself.
What started as an argument between him and the PF23 members ended up in him getting shot up, not even two minutes later. He was shot twice in the stomach and once in the shoulder. Javier eventually succumbed to his injuries and died on the spot after emergency services failed to respond on time. From there on out, both gangs kept going at it back and forth. The war lasted roughly six years and claimed around eleven lives under the excuse of Trinity Park's turf.

Present Day
The Primera Flats are still active in Rancho to this day. They criminally operate out of the Pueblo del Sol housing projects and have since 2001. The gang faced severe adversity during the early 2000s, as the Los Santos police launched an injunction. Prior injunctions happened in 1966, 1979, 1988 and 1995. The 2003 injunction was noted as being the most historically successful, since it marked the highest arrest and eventual conviction count. The gang didn’t entirely recover from the 2003 injunction for over a decade.
The Pee Wee clique were responsible for spearheading the gang’s recovery. Albeit, they did so desperately and therefore conducted themselves erratically. They were reckless when dealing with real and imagined gang rivals around Rancho. By the late 2000s, they had killed members from almost every rival gang in Rancho. These gangs included the Ghetto Boyz, 38th Street gang, Street Saints 13 and the North Rancho Mafia Crips. Pee Wees adopted racism as a criminal motivation, resulting from their interactions with the North Rancho Mafia Crips. The NRMC drew support from other Mafia Crip gangs from around South Los Santos over the years. These Mafia Crip gangs violently pressured the Pee Wees. For the Pee Wees, it didn’t take long for racial hatred against African Americans to manifest. Members of the clique would be noticed assaulting, fighting, robbing, or in some cases even killing black people who'd be present at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Arguably, the most noticeable incident from this rivalry came from the Pee Wee clique. On October 19, 2013, a group of four Pee Wees led by gangster Orlando “Top Gun” Elizondo raided a NRMC-operated drug den in Chamberlain Hills. The drug den was located in another neighborhood to avoid bringing heat to a single centralized location in Rancho. During the raid, a brief gun battle ensued. Elizondo himself was killed while rushing into the housing project unit, while two members of the NRMC were also shot dead inside. Los Santos police who arrived on the scene realized the obvious; that the housing project unit was indeed a makeshift drug production facility. Resulting from the reckless actions from the Pee Wees, the police broke up a rival gang’s drug operation. The police bust served a significant blow to the NMRC.
During the 2010s, the Primera Flats and their surrounding rivals modernized and adapted to newer, upcoming generations. Their wars with the Ghetto Boyz and North Rancho Mafia Crips were heavily scaled down. Many older members of the gang have since left the life behind or are still in state prisons. Very few gangsters stick around beyond the age of 25. The gang’s leadership is currently split between the Bolingbroke State Penitentiary and the Folsom State Prison, who order directives to the shotcallers in Rancho.

Meanwhile Antifa is blaming the police, not themselves for the violence. At the same time, Antifa’s leaders are telling their members and people in general not to talk to the cops, and to pull down social media posts that contain photos and video of what happened…or else.
That sounds like witness intimidation, doesn’t it?
If police really were to blame for what happened, why isn’t Antifa falling all over itself to provide the evidence? After all, these violent extremists love to record their exploits.

A mass shooting late Saturday night has left one dead and five injured after Portland-area Antifa held a gathering in solidarity with Amir Locke, a 22-year-old black man who was shot by police in Minneapolis earlier this month.
A woman was pronounced deceased at the scene, and two men and three women were taken to nearby hospitals, according to the New York Times. Two suspects are reportedly in custody in response to the shooting, according to KPTV.
The shooting occurred at around 8 pm near Normandale Park.
Tweets from Antifa members and groups told far-left comrades that were present not to talk to police investigating the shooting, to delete evidence posted on social media, and to keep posts including photos, videos, and first-hand accounts related to the incident to a minimum “so that you don’t receive a knock.”
Antifa “journalist” Melissa Lewis, who was a co-plaintiff in a failed frivolous “Antifa troll” lawsuit filed in federal court against The Post Millennial‘s editor-at-large Andy Ngo, said that “[o]ne of us got a chunk of the shooter.”

Antifa Hailley Nolan hijacked a Portland Police news conference the next morning and in an incoherent rant, blamed cops for the dead woman and the others who were wounded. The woman, Hailley Nolan breathlessly claimed that white supremacist cops are sending Gypsy Joker motorcycle club members to snatch Antifa members.
“They are sending Gypsy Jokers to kidnap us. They are sanctioning this violence against us. We are dying. We are trying to peacefully protest and they are killing us. And I want to know if any of you care. I want to know if Ted Wheeler cares.”

Though the jury's still out on the veracity of Anonymous' showdown with south-of-the-border bullies, Barrett Brown has emerged as the face of the hacktivist collective, which last week bit off possibly more than it could chew when it threatened the Mexican drug cartel Los Zetas.
Last week we told you how Anonymous drew a line-in-the-sand ultimatum, threatening to go public with the identities of local police, journalists, taxi drivers and other allies who conspire with Los Zetas if the cartel didn't release a kidnapped Anonymous member.
Though Anonymous apparently called off their Operation Cartel (#OpCartel) after Los Zetas allegedly returned the kidnapped victim, Brown has decided to flee his Dallas home over concerns for his security. On Nov. 8, he tweeted, "I've got ex-military people releasing info on me and family. Have to leave Texas."
According to a tweet, members of #OccupyDC picked up the tab for a plane ticket to New York City after Brown tweeted "Anyone who can buy me ticket to NYC/Boston and have me pay them back in month, let me know. Transistor@hushmail.com. Home no longer secure."
Perhaps fleeing to more northern exposures was a good move for Brown - especially after a Mexican man was found decapited and dumped in the town of Nuevo Laredo, one mile from the Texas border. The man's hands were handcuffed behind his back, his body and head publicly strewn on a bloody sheet of canvas scrawled with the message: "Hi I'm ‘Rascatripas' and this happened to me because I didn't understand I shouldn't post things on social networks."

Back on Saturday, July 16 members of Antifa followed through on vows to try disrupting a gathering at the HonkyTonk Bar in Salem, Oregon. The result of the far-left group’s actions is what some are predicting to be a war between them and several motorcycle clubs throughout Oregon. Originally, Antifa groups began rallying members and supporters to join a “counter demonstration” for the “Take Action Tour” event being held at the HonkyTonk Bar. They characterized the venue’s gathering as “racist” and catering to both “fascists” as well as “white supremacists.” That event was marketed by the bar as “Hero Appreciation Day” complete with a dunk tank, bike show, eating contest, live music, bouncy house, family-friendly karaoke, free hot dogs, etc.
According to several Twitter posts from accounts journalist Andy Ngo says are Antifa members, the group which confronted them was the Free Souls Motorcycle Club. The one percenter motorcycle club might not have the household brand name of the Hells Angels, however its roots run deep. Founded in Eugene, Oregon in 1968 there’s considerable controversy over the details of its foundation, history, and what its aims are today. Regardless, Antifa seems poised to take it and other one percenter motorcycle clubs on in Oregon, promising for a confrontation like they’ve never seen.
White Rose of the Willamette Valley used its Twitter account to complain after Salem police didn’t protect their fellow Antifa members during the confrontation. It said Free Souls and “other uniformed security” both “attacked and injured community members peacefully protesting” without supplying details or other evidence. Unlawful whatever on Twitter claimed “one of ours” was hospitalized from the fight, retweeting a different person claiming “Salem police literally backed away” when the Free Souls came out to confront them. Another Antifa account proceeded to dox several people involved in the confrontation, tagging their supposed employers as well as releasing other personal details.
It's not like Antifa is unfamiliar with physical confrontation. Per Andy Ngo, one of the organizers of the demonstration at the HonkyTonk Bar was arrested in 2021 after allegedly hitting a female police officer. Ngo claimed another in attendance plead guilty the week before for doing over $164,000 in damages to a courthouse.

Nobody knows for sure what comes next in this feud, but some purported Antifa members took to Twitter to either voice their concern for the group’s trajectory or encourage others to push forward in that direction. One person warned Oregon motorcycle clubs are “highly organised (sic) and relentlessly violent and have vast networks you don’t understand.”
